Welcome to ENOTREE. By accessing our web dashboard, utilizing our server endpoints, or installing the mobile application package (APK), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. ENOTREE is owned, engineered, and operated by Enrovix.

1. Access License and Scope

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the ENOTREE services strictly for environmental surveying, logging, and canopy coordination. You agree that you will not:

• Decompile, disassemble, or reverse-engineer the ENOTREE mobile application package (APK).
• Attempt to scan, probe, or test the vulnerability of the FastAPI backend or database endpoints.
• Exploit or circumvent access-control systems or API token verifications.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All source code, design systems, layouts, brand representations, compiled assets, and proprietary logic contained within the ENOTREE application, website, and mobile APK are the exclusive intellectual property of Enrovix. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or harvesting of these assets is strictly prohibited.

3. Roster Management and Account Security

Organizations are responsible for managing their internal rosters and active surveyor logins. You must protect and secure your email and password credentials. Enrovix reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate accounts that compromise platform integrity, spoof telemetry data, or perform unauthorized authentication attempts.

4. Survey Data License and Ownership

While you retain ownership of the field metrics, tree measurements, and canopy data you collect, by syncing or uploading logs to ENOTREE, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, aggregate, and display this data. This license exists strictly to facilitate dashboard rendering, environmental analysis, and data export operations for your organization.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use ENOTREE strictly in accordance with local environmental and data privacy laws. Spoofing GPS coordinate inputs, uploading malicious files, spamming the synchronized telemetry channels, or uploading fraudulent species metadata is a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate termination of service.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

ENOTREE is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Enrovix makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding platform uptime, GPS mapping precision, coordinate logging reliability, or the completeness of dashboard calculations. Field operators are advised to verify critical coordinates manually.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enrovix and its representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from data loss, coordinate logging errors, server interruptions, or unauthorized access to organization rosters.
