Welcome to ENOTREE. By accessing our web dashboard, utilizing our server endpoints, or installing and operating the mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. ENOTREE is owned, engineered, and operated by Enrovix AI (MSME Reg. No: UDYAM-GJ-24-0218130), headquartered in Vadodara, Gujarat, India.

1. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) or possess authorized organizational consent to access and use ENOTREE services.

2. Access License and Scope

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access ENOTREE strictly for environmental surveying, logging, tree inventory cataloging, and canopy coordination. You agree that you will not:

• Decompile, disassemble, or reverse-engineer the ENOTREE mobile application package (APK/AAB) or web client.
• Attempt to scan, probe, or test the vulnerability of our backend APIs or database endpoints.
• Exploit or circumvent access-control systems or API token verifications.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All source code, design systems, layouts, brand representations, compiled assets, software code, and proprietary algorithms contained within ENOTREE are the exclusive intellectual property of Enrovix AI. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or harvesting of these assets is strictly prohibited.

4. Roster Management, Security & Account Suspension

Organizations are responsible for managing internal team rosters and active surveyor credentials. Surveyors must provide an accurate emergency-contact mobile number for field-safety use and may update it from their mobile profile. That number is available only to the surveyor and authorized workspace administrators for operational emergencies. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Enrovix AI reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate access to any account that compromises platform security, spoofs telemetry data, uploads malicious software, or conducts fraudulent operations without prior notice.

5. Survey Data License and Ownership

You retain ownership of the raw field metrics, tree measurements, and canopy data collected by your team. By syncing logs to ENOTREE, you grant Enrovix AI a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, aggregate, and display this data strictly to facilitate dashboard rendering, environmental analysis, carbon estimations, and inventory exports for your workspace.

6. Estimations & Disclaimer of Warranties

ENOTREE calculates biomass and carbon sequestration estimations based on user-entered field parameters (girth, height, species equations). These metrics serve as scientific estimates and do not constitute certified legal audits unless verified by accredited third-party environmental auditors. ENOTREE is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

7. Force Majeure (War, Disasters & Outages Clause)

Enrovix AI shall not be held liable or responsible for any delay, failure in performance, data transmission interruption, or platform unavailability resulting directly or indirectly from acts of God, war, hostilities, invasion, armed conflict, civil unrest, acts of terrorism, strikes, government restrictions or sanctions, natural disasters, epidemics, power outages, satellite network failures, or major telecommunication infrastructure breakdown beyond Enrovix AI's reasonable control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Enrovix AI, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from lost data, coordinate errors, field outages, or unauthorized access.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of ENOTREE shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Vadodara, Gujarat, India.

10. Modifications to Terms

Enrovix AI reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the ENOTREE mobile app or web platform following any updates constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
