This Privacy Policy describes how ENOTREE ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, processes, and protects your information when you utilize the ENOTREE mobile application, field survey tools, and web dashboard. ENOTREE is a proprietary environmental software product developed, owned, and operated by Enrovix AI (MSME Reg. No: UDYAM-GJ-24-0218130), headquartered in Vadodara, Gujarat, India.

1. Information We Collect

To provide geographical tracking, canopy measurement, and tree cataloging services, we collect information across the following categories:

• Identity, Contact and Credentials: Full name, organizational email address, primary mobile number, account password (stored securely as cryptographic hashes), and assigned access roles (e.g., administrator, surveyor).
• Surveyor Emergency Contact: One mobile number supplied and editable by the surveyor. It is shown only to that surveyor and authorized workspace administrators for field-safety or operational emergencies, and is not used for advertising.
• Tree Survey & Measurement Data: Dimension metrics (tree height, trunk diameter/DBH, girth, canopy density), species botanical taxonomy, health condition logs, and custom field notes submitted by surveyors.
• Geographical Telemetry & Location Data: Precise GPS coordinates (latitude, longitude, altitude, accuracy metrics) gathered during active field surveying to plot tree locations on interactive digital maps.
• Media Uploads: Visual photographs of cataloged trees captured directly in the field to provide verification and historical record tracking.

2. Device Permission Disclosures (Google Play & App Store Compliance)

The ENOTREE mobile app requests specific runtime permissions on your device to execute field inventory workflows:

• Location Permissions (GPS): Collected in the foreground (and during active background field survey sessions) strictly to assign exact geographic coordinates to logged trees and render interactive GIS mapping clusters. Your location is never tracked outside active survey workflows or sold to third parties.
• Camera & Photo Storage Permissions: Accessed strictly when a surveyor captures or attaches field photos to individual tree survey entries.

3. AI Model Training Disclaimer (Zero AI Training Usage)

We do NOT use your uploaded photos, field survey measurements, tree coordinates, or organization data to train any public or internal AI or machine learning models. Your organizational survey data remains strictly isolated to your account workspace for record-keeping and inventory management purposes.

4. Third-Party Plant Species Identification APIs

To assist field surveyors with botanical species identification, ENOTREE integrates with specialized third-party plant identification APIs (such as PlantNet API). When a surveyor optionally requests AI-assisted plant species identification, the selected field image is sent securely to the third-party API endpoint strictly for real-time taxonomy matching. Images sent for species matching are processed transiently and are not retained by us for external marketing.

5. Server-Side Security & Data Isolation

ENOTREE isolates all client application traffic. The web dashboard and mobile application do not establish direct client-side write channels to raw production databases. All traffic is authenticated through our secure backend API. Requests undergo strict token validation, input sanitization, and transport-layer encryption (SSL/TLS) prior to database persistence.

6. Third-Party Data Handling & Zero Sale Guarantee

We utilize trusted infrastructure providers (such as cloud hosting, PostgreSQL databases, and map rendering engines) solely to deliver platform functionality. We do not sell, rent, trade, or monetize your personal data, survey coordinates, or uploaded photos to third-party advertisers or data brokers.

7. Children’s Privacy (COPPA & GDPR Article 8)

ENOTREE is an enterprise and municipal environmental survey tool intended for professional surveyors, researchers, and field teams. The platform is not directed to children under 13 years of age (or under 16 in certain jurisdictions), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Data Retention & Account Deletion Policy

We retain survey data for as long as your organization maintains an active ENOTREE workspace. You have the right to request deletion of your user account and all associated field data logs at any time.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
